The timeline varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller renovations may take a few weeks, while larger-scale remodels can take several months. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase.
The cost depends on factors like the size of the space, materials chosen, and the scope of work. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a customized estimate tailored to your needs and budget.
Many remodeling projects require permits, especially for structural changes, plumbing, or electrical work. Our team will handle the permitting process to ensure everything complies with local regulations.
For smaller projects, you may be able to stay in your home. However, for larger renovations or projects affecting essential spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, temporary relocation might be more convenient.
Our team will guide you in selecting materials that match your style, budget, and functionality needs. We prioritize quality to ensure a long-lasting, beautiful result.
New Construction
Before starting, consider your budget, timeline, and specific goals for the project. It’s also helpful to have inspiration or design ideas ready to discuss with your contractor.
Clear out the area to be remodeled, protect valuables, and communicate with your contractor about access and work schedules to minimize disruptions.
While changes are possible, they may affect the timeline and cost. It’s best to finalize all decisions during the planning phase to avoid delays or added expenses.
Look for a contractor with a strong reputation, relevant experience, proper licensing, and positive client reviews. Always ask for references and a detailed contract.
Kitchen Remodeling
The timeline depends on the scope of the project, but a typical kitchen remodel can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, including planning, demolition, and construction.
The cost varies based on the size of the kitchen, materials, and design choices. On average, a kitchen remodel can range from $10,000 for minor updates to $50,000 or more for high-end renovations.
In most cases, the kitchen will be unusable for a portion of the project. We’ll work with you to minimize inconvenience and provide a clear timeline to help you plan accordingly.

ADU/Additions
An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a separate living unit on your property, complete with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom, designed for independent living. A home addition, on the other hand, is an extension of your existing living space, such as adding a new bedroom, bathroom, or family room.
Yes, building an ADU or home addition typically requires permits from your local building department. We handle the entire permitting process to ensure your project complies with all zoning and building regulations.
The timeline depends on the scope of the project. On average, ADUs can take 6-12 months, while smaller home additions might be completed within 3-6 months. We provide a detailed project timeline during the planning phase.
Landscaping
Professional landscaping not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your property but also increases its overall value. Additionally, a well-designed landscape improves functionality, provides outdoor living space, and can even lower energy costs by offering natural shading.
The duration of a landscaping project depends on its scope and complexity. Small projects, like garden installations or lawn upgrades, may take a few days to a week, while larger projects, such as hardscaping and outdoor living spaces, can take several weeks.
Yes, we specialize in creating eco-friendly landscapes using native plants, drought-tolerant designs, and water-saving irrigation systems. These options not only conserve resources but also reduce long-term maintenance.
